The brief

A venue with five facilities and millions of square feet — exhibitions, concerts, MLB, NFL, NBA — needed to manage vendors applying to opportunities without drowning administrators in email. Certifications, references, and bids had to live against the existing event platform, not beside it.

What we did

We built a custom content system that captures vendor registration, stores credentials, and notifies administrators as new applicants arrive for current and future opportunities. The portal integrates into the client’s existing event-creation stack so opportunities and vendors share a single source of truth.

Where it landed

Administrators see new vendors as they register. Vendors self-manage their information. Opportunities can collect multiple bids without a spreadsheet in between.
